Nainacore Emotional Tech builds NEES Core V3 and publishes this NEES.cloud Developer Preview. Its current public focus is action-governance infrastructure for supported AI-agent and application actions.
What Nainacore builds
NEES Core V3 is the governance engine. The hosted NEES Governance Platform provides the Runtime, Control Plane, Dashboard and supported integration paths around it. Nainacore also maintains research and application experiments, which are labelled separately from the current V3 platform.
Research-to-product journey
Earlier Nainacore work explored emotional context, memory, continuity and human–AI interaction. Core V2 and chat-oriented examples belong to that history. Core V3 is the current action-governance generation and should not be described as proof that every historical application has a verified V3 integration.

Evidence before claims
Nainacore's public product pages distinguish current contracts, internal case reports, synthetic demonstrations and unverified production assurances. Company legal form, registered address, founding date, founder display identity and a separate official corporate domain are omitted until owner-confirmed sources are approved.
