The terms for using nees.cloud, its public documentation and its demonstration features.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using nees.cloud, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its interactive features.
2. About the website
nees.cloud is operated by Nainacore Emotional Tech and provides information, developer documentation, public demonstrations and access pathways relating to NEES and Nainacore products. Some features are previews, demonstrations or evaluation tools and may change over time.
3. Developer preview and API access
Access to the public website does not automatically grant access to private APIs, production services or restricted capabilities. API access may be reviewed, limited, suspended or revoked. Separate SDK, API, commercial or product terms may apply when provided.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation, learning and integration-related purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, obtain credentials belonging to others, abuse public demonstrations, interfere with other users, or use the site to violate applicable law.
5. Public demonstrations
Governance Lab, website-assistant and similar public experiences are bounded demonstrations. Their outputs are provided for evaluation and product understanding and do not represent a guarantee that every external system, action, environment or use case is governed or controlled by NEES.
6. No professional advice
Website content and AI-generated responses are provided for product information and general educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, security-audit or other professional advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
7. Intellectual property
The website, NEES names and branding, product materials, documentation and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to Nainacore Emotional Tech except where stated otherwise. Public documentation or examples do not grant rights to NEES Core implementation, proprietary algorithms, internal architecture or service-side technology.
8. SDK and third-party software
The NEES Python SDK is distributed under the license included with that SDK. Open-source or third-party software and services are governed by their own licenses and terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Nainacore responsible for their content or practices.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you permit Nainacore to use that feedback to evaluate and improve its products and services, without requiring us to adopt the suggestion or pay compensation, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue website features, demonstrations, documentation or access pathways. We aim to keep public information accurate, but previews and live services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or changed.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and public demonstration features are provided on an as-available basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nainacore is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content, experimental demonstrations or third-party links. This does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains our current personal-data practices and analytics choices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by courts or other competent forums having jurisdiction under applicable law, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
